Hello Everyone. Here are a few updates that I can post, as I am STILL in the
middle of a lawsuit I can NOT give out many details, but I will once the suit is over. I will then add EVERYTHING.
Many people ask "how did this happen and why the cops let the drunk driver go"
so here the answers that I can give.
1. The drunk driver was taken to the hospital and blood was taken for the bal.
In the state that the wreck happened, it is the law. You can't arrest someone till the bal comes back and breathalizers are
not used.
2. The fake address used was, the driver had moved and never updated the licence.
That is how it becomes fake.
3. When we had court, the driver was a NO SHOW in court, so a warrent was issued.
4. My injuries are numerous, and sence the driver was a no show in court, they
don't even know what they did to me or my family.
This is about all that I can talk about for now. I will post more as I am able
